Founded in 2014, the Brace Family Foundation supports organizations that reflect the interests and passions of the Foundation’s Board members. Our mission is to promote educational opportunities and support community resources that help build a healthier society.

The Foundation’s areas of support include:

• Education and expanded learning opportunities
• Community arts, parks, and recreation
• Animal welfare, zoos, and the protection of coastal environments
• Programs addressing food insecurity and providing short-term shelter and financial assistance to individuals and families in crisis

Founded by Gary L. Brace, the Foundation is a family-led endeavor involving his wife Leah and The Brace children. The family shares a commitment to supporting organizations that improve lives, strengthen communities, and protect the natural environment.
